  Due to family circumstances, we were placed under immense stress to sell the family home within a three month period. We placed the property with an agent, unfortunately our experience with this agency was less than satisfactory. We then changed agents to the First National Allied Farmers Hawera branch and cannot express our gratitude for the professional manner we were treated with. Everything was discussed and explained to us in detail, from the advertising through to open homes; we were phoned and emailed regularly with progress reports and were made to feel that we were important clients. First National worked tirelessly on our behalf to achieve the best possible price for our home and as a result we received two offers after just 8 days, resulting in a sale. We were very satisfied with the outcome and the advice readily given as to legal details and costs were clearly explained at the outset.
